CENI-Togo (Independent National Electoral Commission Togo) is mandated under electoral law 2012-002 article 3 to organize and supervising elections and referenda. The INEC Togo uses a continuous register built up from 2007. The register is continuously updated to register new eligible voters, remove the deceased and those who had moved or lost their voters cards, as provided for by Constitutional Instrument (CI) 72.
