If electoral register is created by the EMB, which method is used?

Art. 37 : La liste électorale est permanente et fait l’objet de révision avant toute élection, sauf si celle-ci intervient moins de six (6) mois après la précédente.

En dehors des périodes électorales, la liste électorale fait l’objet de révision du 02 au 30 avril de chaque année à la diligence de l’Autorité Nationale des Elections (A.N.E.).

Pendant toute l’année qui suit la fin de la période de révision, l’élection est faite sur la base de la liste révisée.

According to Article 37 of the Electoral Code, the electoral list is permanent and is subject to revision before any election, unless it occurs within six (6) months after the previous one. In between elections, the electoral list is subject to revision 2 to 30 April each year at the behest of the National Authority for Elections (A.N.E.). Throughout the year following the end of the review period, the election list is made on the basis of the revised list.
