If electoral register is created by the EMB, what type of technology used for collecting registration data?

Since there are is no centralized voting register, voters were only allowed to verify their individual records and request changes at polling stations. Voters can be added to voter lists prior to and on election day, upon presenting a valid passport with proof of residence.
