The National Election Commission Liberia employed the use of mobile computer kits to conduct voter registration. Optical Mark Recognition was employed by NEC-trained personnel to capture registration details. Completed OMR forms were taken to Monrovia for electronic storage. The registration kits were equipped with digital cameras to capture photos.
