After filling form (Form No. 1) The Registration Assistant affixes one photograph on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Form and another photograph on the voter’s card and laminates the voter’s card bearing voter’s photograph and immediately issues it to the registered voter.
The Registration Assistant forwards the completed Optical Mark Reader (OMR) forms to the Registration Officer who will then forward the same to NEC for processing.
