If the EMB uses technology to collect voter registration data, is biometric data captured and used during registration?

The following information must be captured on the voters' roll: registration number; full names; date and place of birth; parentage; number, date and place of delivery of national identity card; and place of residence.?

Although Article 89 requires that a voter presents both a national identity card (that has photo) and a voter registration card to obtain entry to a polling station, Article 63 stipulates that every registered voter who can prove his/her identity by the presentation of a national identity card has the right to vote.
