Chapter VI ELECTORAL ORDER

Section 2 VOTING PROCEDURE

Article 57. The voting shall begin from seven am toseven p.m. Depending on the situation of each locality, the Election Team maydecide to start the voting earlier but not before five am or to end later butnot after ten p.m.

Prior to the voting, the ElectionTeam must check the ballot box to the witness of voters.

Article 58. Each voter shall have the right to castonly one ballot.

Voters shall cast their ballots bythemselves, not be allowed to vote by mail, except for cases prescribed inArticle 59 of this Law.
