The answer to this question is ‘No’. However, it is worth stating thatthe city of Rotterdam has successfully used technology to check the validity ofthe poll card of the voter. In these experiments the polling station officialsused a tabled computer to scan the poll cards of the voter, after which thetablet computer checked whether the poll card number occurred on the list withthe numbers of invalid poll cards. The city of Zoetermeer indicated recently(May 2016) that it considers using the same technique.
