Not explained in the law or other regulations. However election reports states that “Each polling station will have a polling station verification device and a copy of its voter list to confirm the voter’s identity. Voter names will be listed in alphabetical order and each voter who wishes to vote will sign the voter list prior to casting a ballot.”
