Three Steps for Voter Registration:

1. Queue

2.The Photographer/ IdentificationOfficer (interviewing/photographing)

… After confirmingthe eligibility, the Photographer asks the applicant to sit on the chairdesignated for taking photographs.
Takes the applicant’s photograph as instructed in the camera guide.
Checks the applicant’s photograph to ensure that the photo is clear and visibleshowing full head and shoulders. 

Checks theapplicant’s photograph with the applicant to ensure that the applicant issatisfied with the photograph.
Prints three copies of the photograph for each applicant.
Cuts the photos with photo cutter.

Issues the photographs to theapplicant.

3. REGISTRATION OFFICER (completion ofregistration form/lamination)

 Informs the applicant to keep the cardcarefully and present it to polling officials when he/she comes to vote.
