7. A voting roll scrutinizer who is a member ofthe polling station team shall observe as follows-

(a) Shall check whether a Hluttaw voting rollwhich he has receive is under his responsibility or not,
(b) Shall check the page serial numbers andnumber of pages of the voting roll which he has received are in order,
(c) Shall check the serial numbers of the votersare correct or not in the voting roll which he has received,
(d) Shall check whether the list of advancevoters names were noted or not in the voting rolls which he has received,
(e) After scrutinizing as necessary to thevoters who come to vote and if they are allowed to vote, get the respectivevoter signed on the straight line where his name was mentioned in the votingroll Form (1), Form (1-A). If the voter cannot sign, let him print his leftthumb impression.
Note: If an eligible voter who is out of the constituencyconcerned or an eligible voter who is out of the country with the permission ofthe government arrived back at his respective polling station in the country onthe day of election in time and if such voter shall prove an acknowledgmentletter that he hasn’t cast his vote yet issued by the respective Head ofdepartment or commanding officer or head of mission or head of the Consulateoffice, the voting roll scrutinizer shall report to the presiding officer andfollow the voting process according to his instruction.
