How technology is used in relation to paper voter lists?

Voters are identified by their voters card and their names checked in the voters register present in the station where they registered as voters, equally, Article 51 of law Number 03/2010/OL of 18/06/2010, Organic Law Repealing the Organic Law n?17/2003 of 07/7/2003 governing presidential and legislative elections as amended and complemented, provides that when a registered voter loses his/her voters card s/he can only be allowed to vote if they show their  identity card or any material showing their identification.
