The Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan  'On Elections to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan', 1999 (amended in 2004)

Article 42 “…polling station commission issues ballot-papers on the basis of the list of voters upon presentation of a passport or other identity documents. Each voter receives one ballot-paper and sign the list of voters next to his/her name. Giving additional ballot-paper to a voter is prohibited.”
