38. Polling:

(3)  Avoter shall first obtain the ballot paper for the First Past The Post ElectoralSystem at the polling station assigned to him/her and cast his/her vote in theballot box kept therefor and thereafter he/she shall obtain the ballot paperfor the Proportional Electoral System and cast vote in the ballot box kepttherefor. Provided that a provisional voter may cast his/her vote only for theelection under the Proportional Electoral System, as prescribed.

30. Method forcasting vote: (1) A voter who has received a ballot paper shall proceed to thesecret voting compartment to indicate vote and he or she shall indicate his orher vote with the vote indicating seal in the box containing the symbol of thepolitical party or candidate whom she or she chooses as set forth in Rule 31and then shall fold the ballot paper and drop it into the ballot box.
