Article 48
Ballot Paper

48.1 Only official ballot papers may be used for making the election. These bear the designation "official ballot" and the great state coat of arms or the municipal coat of arms, if it is an election at the municipal level. The ballots must contain the candidates in the order submitted by the individual voting groups with sufficient address details. The name of the voting group must be placed at the head of the ballot. Unofficially printed ballot papers are not valid.

48.2 In the election booths, sufficient official ballot papers shall be drawn up for each ballot.

Information from EMB website:

Decide on a ballot from one of the four parties. You have the following possibilities: 1) Place the ballot unchanged in the ballot, 2) Delete candidates on the ballot or add candidates from another party

Remarks on the ballot or highlighting candidates (eg with a light pen) are to be omitted. This leads to the invalidity of the ballot.
