Is e-voting currently used in any elections with EMB participation?

E-voting wan not used in 2009 Lebanese election. There is no feasible possibility to use e-voting in the coming election. However, the foreign minister proposed a plan to use e-voting in OCV to allow Lebanese expatriates to participate in the coming election.
