The nation uses a manual voting system for all levels. It involves voters voting at polling station where registered, presenting voters card and identification; officials checking name on register, issuance of a black and a white envelope and ballot papers of candidates; in booth voter places ballots of candidates of choice in white envelope and others in black, leaves and places envelopes in designated boxes; finger marked with indelible ink. This system is used for all electoral levels.
