Article 70
Ballot

70.1 The ballot paper for the election shall include all candidates registered in the constituency, with the name (in alphabetical order), first name and patronymic, place of work, position (occupation), place of residence of each candidate.

Article 72
Voting

72.1 Each voter shall vote personally, voting for other persons is not allowed. Ballots shall be issued to the voter precinct election commission based on the voters' list upon presentation of a passport or other identity document. A voter receives a ballot, the voter shall sign the list.

72.2 The voter fills in the ballot paper in the cockpit. When filling in the ballot is prohibited the presence of other persons, except for the voter. A voter who is unable to fill in the ballot, the right to invite another person into the cabin on your own, except for the members of the election commission, observers, candidates' proxies, members of the initiative group.

72.3 If a voter makes a mark on the ballot in the designated location at the name of the candidate for whom he votes. In a referendum a voter makes a mark on the ballot in the designated location in one of the responses "for" or "against."

72.4 The voter puts the completed ballot paper folded in the ballot box.
