If e-voting is NOT currently being used, what is the current status of e-voting in general?

The country  has suffered a long civil war that destabilized all systems in the nation especially electoral systems with reconciliation and national healing still ongoing and thus the nation has not adopted advanced technology to manage it election or improve convenience. Manual voting processes are still in use and were used in the 2011 referendum and general elections and in the upcoming 2014 election.
