Chad uses a manual voting system that involves : voters presenting identification, issuance of a ballot paper, marking the papernext to candidate of choice in a ballot booth voter and folds it, leaves andplaces the ballot in a ballot box in the presence of the presiding officer; thevoter's finger is then marked with indelible ink. There is still no provisionfor e-voting in the country.
