If e-voting is NOT currently being used, what is the current status of e-voting in general?

In the Czech Republic there has been a discussion on e-voting since 2004 and also some pilot projects were planned but they have never been realized. The Ministry of the Interior has prepared information for the Government in 2012 and the Government decided to prepare some steps for e-voting in the future (e.g. central electoral register). There are especially fears of family voting and hackers. And also some political reasons are not unimportant – political garniture considers who the voters are who would use the e-voting.
