Electronic Voting

8b.1 The government may, in agreement with interested municipalities, approve local, temporally and objectively limited attempts to vote electronically.

8b.2 The control of the right to vote, the right to vote and election, as well as the recording of all votes, must be ensured and abuses excluded.

8b.3 The government regulates the prerequisites for electronic voting, in particular the conditions of valid vote and the grounds of invalidity, by ordinance.
