If e-voting is NOT currently being used, what is the current status of e-voting in general?

Rwanda does not use E-voting but plans are in high gear to ensure that the platform is adopted before the 2017 elections , the NEC officials also have indicated that this is in their strategic plan and will help in Diaspora voting and registration of voters.
