If e-voting is NOT currently being used, what is the current status of e-voting in general?

While there has been public dialogue about the viability of electronic voting, and a political party has even adopted electronic methods for its own internal leadership elections, methods have not been tested in elections sponsored by the Servicio Electoral (source).
