If e-voting is NOT currently being used, what is the current status of e-voting in general?

The country uses a manual voting system according to the CEPPS Final report (p. 20).  The manual voting system involves the use of printed voter lists  with minimal involvement of  technology applied in either identification or the actual voting process.
