Chapter Four
Procedures followed during the Counting Process (TheBallot and Counting General and sub-committees)

f)  The procedures taken by theCommittee during the counting process. 
Then thereport will be signed by the chairman and the secretary. 


Theballots papers will be kept in the ballot box, which will then be sealed andthen handed with the ballot and counting reports and all ballot papers to the 
specializedElections Supervisory Committee. 


It shouldbe noted that the chairman of the Ballot and Counting Committee cannot 
know thewinning candidate, hence cannot announce the winner, as this matter relates tothe collection of votes in each of the sub-committees, the general committeesand the committees abroad, the matter which is restricted to the ElectionsSupervisory Committee.
