Are official election results processed by an electronic tabulation system?

Article 58 on timing of vote counting establishes that counting of votes is to start immediately after the closure of the voting stations as stipulated in article 36 whereas article 61 establishes the modalities for consolidating election results, the law does not specify which way the consolidation should be done, whether electronically or any other means.
