Counting of votes at the polling station
75.5 5. If the referendum precinct election commission voter list determines the total number of voters in the polling station, as well as the number of voters who received ballots. Based on the ballots were in the ballot boxes, the polling station commission shall determine: the total number of voters who participated in voting, including - the number of early voters and the number of voters who voted outside the polling station; on each structure belonging to a referendum question alone the number of votes "for", the number of votes cast "against"; the number of ballots declared invalid; the number of canceled ballots.
75.7 7. The results of the vote count are considered at a meeting of the precinct election commission and entered in the minutes drawn up in each constituency in the election, for each of the precinct election commission - at a referendum. Determination of the electoral results, referendum
76.2 The relevant election commission shall draw up a protocol on the results of elections for each electoral district, and in the referendum - on the outcome of the referendum in the relevant administrative territory, which is signed by the chairman, deputy chairman, secretary and members of the election commission. The results of the election and referendum shall be announced after the election commission drawing up protocols. Copies of the minutes are submitted to the premises of the election commission for general familiarization. The candidate or his proxy, an observer, a representative of the referendum initiative group shall be entitled to obtain a certified copy of the protocol of the election commission.
