If official election results processed by an electronic tabulation system, at which level results are entered into an electronic tabulation system?

Two copies of poll counting results are provided: The first copy goes to the electoral office of the municipality, which shall retain it for statistical purposes and shall communicate the data to the Prefecture, which then transmits them to the Interior Ministry. The Interior Ministry makes data public but they are not yet official.
The second copy, with disputed votes, void, and white envelopes shall be sent to the competent Civil Court depending on the area of Italy,
The Court retains the valid ballot and send a copy of the ballot results to 'the District Electoral Office at the Court of Appeal together with the minutes, the disputed and void votes.
The Court of Appeal will allocate or cancel the disputed votes and not assigned ballots, shall proclaim the elected and reports are kept in duplicate.
A copy of this report remain in the Court of Appeal and the other goes to the Chambers together with the packages with the spoiled and contested ballot papers
A copy of the reports of the Court of Appeal is sent to the National Office at the Supreme Court that allocates the seats on a national basis, transmit to the offices at the Court of Appeal the allocated seats of each list and draw up a report in two copies. A copy remains at the Supreme Court and the other is sent to the Chamber of Deputies/Senate.
The Chamber of Deputies/Senate makes the final control trough their Committee.
