If official election results processed by an electronic tabulation system, at which level results are entered into an electronic tabulation system?

Organic Act B.E. 2541 on the Election ofMembers of the House of Representatives and Senators

Section 76. The calculation ofthe elected persons in case of the election of members of the House ofRepresentatives on a party-list basis shall be made by the proportion of thecandidates to be elected of each political party as follows:

(1) adding altogetherthe result of the vote-counting received from the party-lists of all politicalparties;

(2) deducting votesfor the party list of a political party which receives less than five percentof the total votes under (1) from the calculating of number of votes for theproportion of the candidates;

(3) dividing thetotal votes remaining after the deduction under (2) by one hundred and theresult shall be deemed as the number of the average votes per one member of theHouse of Representatives;

(4) to calculate thenumber of members of the House of Representatives of each political party,dividing the total votes for the party list of each political party receivingmore than five percent by the average number under (3), and then the result inround number shall be deemed as the number of the elected members of such partywhich shall consist the persons in respective order of names in the list;

(5) in the case wherethe total number of the elected members of all political parties is less thanone hundred, adding one more member to the political party receiving thehighest number under (4) and to the next party receiving number of votes inrespective order until the total number is one hundred.

The number of theelected members of each political party calculated by the procedure underparagraph one shall not be more than the number of persons on the party listprepared by such political party.
