Chapter 5 of the Election Law provides a deadline for submission of the results, and the BiH Central Election Commission passes the decision for confirming and publishing the results. This method of collection was introduced in 2010 as part of the newly established Integrated Election Information System. The system was developed by the BiH CEC.
