In the last national election, how many days did it take for the EMB to establish final results?

The Constitutional Law “On Presidential and Jogorku Kenesh Elections in the Kyrgyz Republic”:
Article 55, ?2: Not later than within a twenty-day period after the polling day, the Central Election Commission shall determine the results of the presidential elections.
Article 64, ?8: The Central Election Commission shall get Jogorku Kenesh deputies’ election results officially published within the two-week period following the day on which elections results were determined.
This data is based on legislation, and not on the actual results of the last national election. The last elections were held in 2011 (Presidential) and 2010 (Legislative and Referendum).
