Paraguay
The preliminary counting began in the electoral tribunals on April 22nd at 13:00 hours, and ended, as planned, on May 2nd. During that period, the electoral tribunals added the results of all the counting certificates of the polling tables. Then, the TSJE, on May 3rd, made the definitive counting and announced the winners of each of the six elections from May 10th onward, once the department counting were concluded and the contestations had been resolved. http://www.eueom.eu/files/pressreleases/other/informe-final-paraguay-2013_es.pdf
