For local and international community to be familiar with the election results, preliminary election results was fully delivered to the public within 4 hours after the ending of voting based on the data received "online” from 3675 polling stations (65.15%) out of 5641 polling stations at 23.00, 5201 polling stations (92.20%) two hours later in the midnight at 01.00 and all the polling stations at 12.00 on April 12, 2018.
