In the last national election, how many days did it take for the EMB to establish final results?

This applies to both Presidential and Legislative elections in October 2010.

The BiH Central Election Commission, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5, Article 5.32 of the BiH Election law, announces the first preliminary results on the Election Day at midnight. This is repeated several times in the following days until the final results are announced.  The reason for announcing the final results after 20 days is due to the fact that the BiH CEC needs to wait for the envelopes containing ballots that were sent by BiH citizens from abroad.
