Presidential: The elections were held on March 4, provisional results were announced on 6 March and after a dispute settlement by the Constitutional Court official final results were released on 18 March. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Togolese_presidential_election,_2010

 

Legislative: The provisional results were announced by the CENI on 30th July. This is according to the information on the constitutional court website. The Constitutional court announced  and published the final results after all the disputes and queries had been resolved on 12th August 2013. http://news.ecowas.int/presseshow.php?nb=224&lang=en&annee=2013

During the Presidential (2010) elections final results were established within 2 days, while the results for the Legislative (2013) elections were established within 5 days.
