Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on the “On the Election of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan” of 1994 (amended in 2006) Article 34 “... information on result of election of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan shall be published in press by the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda not later than 10 days after the election day. The Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan 'On Elections to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan' of 1994 (amended in 2004) Article 55 “Preliminary results of elections to Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon are announced via mass media within 24 hours after the elections are conducted. The Central Commission for Elections and Referenda publishes the information about the results of elections all over the republic and the list of the members of the Majlisi milli and deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon not later than two weeks after elections.”
During the Legislative (2010) elections final results should be reported within 24 hours. There is no data for final results during Presidential elections. This data is based on legislation.
