In the last national election, how many days did it take for the EMB to announce certified results?

Presidential: With regards to the time it took to establish final results, BBC News in its Article on 26th April 2010 confirms that indeed the announcement was made on the said date. The article, titled “President Omar al Bashir declared winner of Sudan poll” states in part that: “….Former rebel leader Salva Kiir has been confirmed in power in the semi-autonomous south in the first polls since the north-south war ended….” http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/8643602.stm
Legislative: According to an article on Wikipedia, titled “Sudanese General Election, 2010”, The National Assembly results were announced on May 20, in which the NCP won 73% of the seats, while the SPLM won 22% of the seats. The remaining five percent was won by the smaller opposition parties.

During the Presidential (2010) elections certified results were established within 11 days, while the results for the Legislative (2010) elections were established within 30 days.
South Sudan has never had a national election, the results given above for the presidential and legislative elections are for the sub-national elections held in 2010, before the secession referendum.
