According to an article by Reuters on 2^rd November 2010, Voters in Niger overwhelmingly backed a new constitution meant to pave the way back to civilian rule, full preliminary results of a referendum in the West African desert state showed on Tuesday.

During the Referendum (2010) certified results were established within 3 days. There is no data for the Presidential (2011) and Legislative (2011) elections.
