All election results are supposed to be announced as soon as possible, the laws states as soon as the commissioner of the electoral commission receives the result statements from electoral officers in voting stations, s/he is required by law to announce them. According to section 37 of the elections act, the Electoral Commissioner shall, as soon as is practicable after receiving the statement of the result, announce the results. For referendum the same applies, as soon as it is possible and practical, the results of the referendum are announced.
During the Presidential (2011) elections certified results were established within 1 day. There is no data for Legislative elections or Referendums.
