In the last national election, how many days did it take for the EMB to announce certified results?

Presidential: Article 138(10) of the constitution of Kenya provides that within 7 days after the presidential election the IEBC shall declare the results of the elections and deliver a written notification of the results to the chief Justice and the incumbent president. http://kenyalaw.org/kl/index.php?id=398
Legislative: Article 39 of the Elections Act, 2011 provides that the commission shall determine, declare, and publish the results immediately after close of the polling. The Act also stipulates that before determining and declaring the final results the commission may announce the provisional results of the election and this will follow the order the tallying was conducted as provided under article 75(2) of the Elections general regulations, 2012.
Article 75(2) of the Elections general regulations, 2012 provides for the order of counting of votes which is as follows: presidential elections, member of the National Assembly, member of the county assembly, senator, county woman representative and county governor.
During the Presidential (2013) elections certified results were established within 5 days, while the results for the Legislative (2013) elections were established after 9 days.
The constitution only provides timelines for the counting, tallying and announcement of presidential results. The counting and announcement of results for other elective post follows the procedure that is provided under the Article 75(2) of the Elections general regulations.
