There is no specification in the law regarding the number of days in which the EMB should present the results. During the Presidential (2014) elections certified results were established within 5 days, while the results for the Legislative (2012) elections were established within 10 days. It took 2 days to announce the certified results in the 2012 constitutional referendum.
