Does the country provide individual online voter registration/polling assignment checks?

Voter registration checks is available here. 

Voters are able to enter their personal details and check that they are correctly enrolled. To find their polling place they must enter details of their location on a separate page and then a list of polling places in the area is provided. However that page is only available during an election and therefore the link can’t be provided.
