Does the country provide individual online voter registration/polling assignment checks?

In the 2015 elections, assigned polling station could be found here. A more permanent portal is available to allow voters to consult the electoral roll to confirm registration and verify their information. Voters could also determine their polling station by phone call or text message (source).
