Article 4: The election takes place on the basis of an electoral list permanent computerized (FISA).

This is a single list, with comprehensive and national photo all citizens of voting age. The computerized permanent electoral list (FISA) is the result of comprehensive national electoral census operations (RENA) and automated processing of personal information, personal and biometric obtained on the whole territory domestic and abroad, in embassies and consulates of the Republic of Benin.
