Does the country publish full voter registers at the polling station level online?

Law 2241 of 1986, adopting the Electoral Code (last updated in 2017)

Título IV, Artículo 87: De cada una de las listas de sufragantes se sacarán tres (3) ejemplares: Uno para el archivo del respectivo Registrador del Estado Civil o de su Delegado, otro para la mesa de votación y el otro para fijar en lugar público inmediato a dicha mesa.

Only physical copies of registers at the polling station level are made available, specifically to department-level election officials and the polling stations themselves (see Título IV, Artículo 87 of the Electoral Code).
