It is the policy of the Civic Registry Service that the complete national register only be provided to the political parties, in digital form (see Título V, Capítulo I, Artículo 79 of the Plurinational Electoral Body; Capítulo VII, Artículo 42 of the Regulation for Updating the Biometric Roll specifies that access to the Roll’s information applies solely to the cases established in Artículo 79 of the Law of the Plurinational Electoral Body).

However, details of those unable to vote at any given polling station are publicly available.
