Does the country publish full voter registers at the national level online?

The Electoral Register can be accessed as an e-service on the internet at the following address www.ecs.sc. A registered voter can type in their National Identity Number (NIN) or use Electoral Commissions m-service by texting their NIN to 9600. Therefore individuals are able to check their details in the register but do not have access to the entire register online.
