Does the country publish full voter registers at the national level online?

Article 49

49.4 No later than ten days before the date of the elections and no later than 24 hours from the request, mayors must make available for political parties, political alliances, electoral alliances and organisations of citizens belonging to national minorities taking part in the elections, upon their request and at their expense, an excerpt from the Electoral Register containing the voters in the respective administrative-territorial unit, i.e. their last name, first name, date of birth and domicile, as well as the polling station to which they were assigned, on electronic support or on paper.
