The National Elections Act, 2012. Act. No. 39 states in Chapter Two; the General Electoral Register, section 35. Preparation, Update, and Display of the Electoral Register c) specify the time and period for displaying the Electoral Register during which registered voters may apply to correct details of their entries of change their places of residence.
Section 36. Objections to Details of the Provisional Electoral Register 1a) provide a free electronic copy of the provisional Electoral Register to the political parties upon request.
Section 37. The Final Electoral Register 2a) The Commission shall provide a free electronic copy of the final Electoral Register to the political parties if they so request.
